02Hours and response time
The studio handles enquiries Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern Time, excluding public holidays.
We reply to enquiries within one business day. Messages that arrive over a weekend or holiday are answered on the next working day, and detailed quotes may take a little longer while we confirm scope.
03What to include
A little detail up front helps us give a useful first reply and an accurate quote.

04Booking a service
To start a specific service, open it in the Services section of the site and send a booking request. It reaches the studio directly, and we reply to confirm scope and provide a written quote.
Sending a booking request is an enquiry, not a confirmed engagement; work begins once a quote is accepted, as set out in the Terms of Service.
05Existing projects
