Publishing support means preparing everything an episode needs to go live: correctly formatted audio, titles, descriptions, chapters, artwork sizing and metadata, packaged for the platforms you choose.

Where agreed, we assist with the steps to publish. The final decision on what is published, and where, always rests with you.

It is important to be clear about the boundaries of the service.

• We are not a broadcaster and do not operate broadcasting services.
• We are not a podcast host or platform, and do not control any of them.
• We do not provide music licensing, clearance or talent representation.
• We do not provide legal, financial or regulatory advice about your content.

Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube Music and other services are independent platforms with their own rules, review processes and timelines. We prepare your show to meet their technical requirements, but we do not control whether, when or how a platform lists, displays or ranks it.

A platform can delay, reject, remove or restrict content under its own policies. Where that happens, it is the platform's decision and outside our control, though we help you understand and respond to it.

We produce and prepare shows to a professional standard, but audience response depends on many things beyond production, including your topic, consistency, promotion and the wider market.

We do not promise any particular number of downloads, subscribers, ranking or revenue, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

You are responsible for what your show says and for its compliance with the rules of the platforms you publish on and with applicable law.

• Confirm you hold the rights to all audio, music and material in your episodes.
• Ensure any advertising, sponsorship or claims meet the relevant rules.
• Review and approve each episode before it is published.

We prepare your show to be publishable; the responsibility for its content remains with you.

Descriptions, categories and other metadata are prepared from information you provide and from platform requirements as we understand them at the time. Platform specifications change, and we cannot guarantee a specification will not change after delivery. Where it does, updating an already-delivered episode is handled as additional work.

Where our materials reference an outside platform or resource, that reference is for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of any third-party service, and a reference is not an endorsement.

If anything about the scope of publishing support is unclear, ask before an engagement begins. We would rather set expectations clearly at the start than leave a boundary unspoken, and the Contact Us page lists every way to reach the studio.
